Why Bali?
Bali has long been regarded as a place of spiritual renewal — a land where nature, tradition, and healing intersect. Ubud, where Camilla lives, come from the word “Ubad” which means medicine, and has long been known as a portal for healing, attracting healers and those who long for healing from all around the world.
Our retreats will be set in eco-luxury spaces surrounded by rice fields, jungle, or ocean, offering an intimate, deeply nurturing environment for real transformation.

About Camilla
Camilla Brinkworth is a degree-qualified naturopath, nutritionist, family constellations facilitator, kundalini yoga instructor and holistic healing practitioner with nearly 15 years of experience supporting people in their physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.
Having overcome her own journey with PMDD, autoimmune arthritis, and emotional trauma, she now helps others to find lasting wellness through an integrated, compassionate, and evidence-informed approach.
Through her clinical work, published writing, and upcoming Bali retreats, Camilla is dedicated to creating spaces where deep healing becomes possible — naturally, gently, and sustainably.
