Tired all the time—even though you eat pretty well?Dealing with bloating, breakouts, low mood or energy crashes that make no sense?
Has someone told you to ditch veganism just to feel better?

You don’t have to choose between your values and your health. You can feel amazing on a plant-based diet—when it’s done right.

Hi, I’m Camilla. I’m a qualified naturopath and nutritionist (BHSc Naturopathy & Grad Cert in Human Nutrition), and I specialise in helping people feel like themselves again—clear, calm, energised—without compromising their ethics.

I work with vegetarians, vegans, raw foodies, and those transitioning to plant-based living. Whether you’re trying to sort out hormones, gut issues, energy dips or anxiety, I’ll help you get to the root of what’s going on—then support you with real food, natural medicine, and the right kind of mindset and emotional support.

What I Can Help With

If you’re committed to healing naturally, here are some of the issues I often work with:

  • Hormone Health – PMDD, PMS, PCOS, Endo, perimenopause

  • Gut Problems – IBS, SIBO, bloating, food sensitivities

  • Autoimmunity & Inflammation – Supporting the immune system, naturally

  • Mood & Nervous System – Anxiety, depression, emotional stress

  • Low Energy & Metabolism – Thyroid, fatigue, burnout

  • Vegan Nutrition – Making sure your plant-based diet actually works for you

  • Fertility & Pregnancy – Support for every phase, naturally

  • Sustainable Weight Balance – No fads, just a gentle, whole-body approach

Most of the people I work with are already vegetarian, vegan, or raw vegan—but you don’t have to be 100% plant-based to work with me. If you’re curious about moving in that direction, or just want to feel better eating the way that aligns with your values, you’re very welcome here. I’ll help you make it work in a way that feels realistic, nourishing, and long-term.

My Approach

Unlike most nutritionists, I don’t just focus on food. I look at the whole picture—your body, your story, your lifestyle, your stress levels.
Because true healing happens when we care for all of it.

Many clients are also open to deeper healing work—like emotional release or breaking patterns passed down through generations. I integrate that, too, when it feels right.

Here’s what my work is:

Tailored to you – no cookie-cutter plans
Backed by science – but never rigid or clinical
Gentle but deep – because surface-level fixes don’t last
Fully vegan-friendly – everything I recommend is plant-based, unless you say otherwise

How It Works

To give you the best possible results, I offer consultation packages that includes:

  • Three online consults – We go deep into your health story, map out a plan, and check in along the way

  • Custom treatment plan – With food, herbs, and lifestyle steps tailored to you

  • Nutrition & lifestyle guide – With recipes and real-world support to help it stick

Everything is done online, so you can work with me from anywhere.

A Quick Heads-Up:

This isn’t for you if:

  • You’re not open to natural approaches or lifestyle change

  • You’re after a quick fix that doesn’t go beneath the surface

  • You want a practitioner to “fix” you without your input

  • You want advice that includes animal products—my recommendations are plant-based and vegan-friendly by default (what you do with them is up to you!)

In Case You Were Wondering..

  • A vegan nutritionist provides evidence-based guidance tailored specifically for plant-based and vegan lifestyles. This includes creating custom meal plans, offering nutrition education, advising on supplements (like B12, iron, omega‑3s), and addressing health concerns such as hormonal balance, digestive issues, or energy support, all with respect for ethical and dietary preferences.

  • Anyone embracing a vegan or predominantly plant-based diet—whether new or experienced—can benefit. People with concerns about nutrient adequacy, digestive health, hormonal health (e.g. PMS, PMDD), fatigue, or autoimmune conditions often thrive with professional support for diet planning, micronutrient balance, and lifestyle alignment.

  • Yes—when it's well planned. Research shows vegan diets can support every stage of life and promote health benefits like lower inflammation, better heart health, and regulated blood sugar—provided key nutrients like vitamin B12, iron, calcium, zinc, iodine, vitamin D, and omega‑3s are addressed through food choices and supplementation.

  • Important nutrients for vegans to monitor include vitamin B12, iron, iodine, calcium, zinc, vitamin D, and omega‑3 fats. Reliable sources include fortified foods and supplements. Combining plant-iron sources with vitamin C helps absorption.

  • Absolutely. A plant-based eating pattern rich in whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables can support hormone balance, reduce PMS symptoms, support menstrual regularity, and improve mood and energy. Certified support ensures nutrient needs and cycle-related concerns are adequately addressed.

  • Yes. I support clients through every stage—whether you're vegan-curious or fully transitioning. Together, we create a nutrition plan, provide recipes, guide you toward balanced meals, and supplement when needed to maintain energy, mental clarity, and long-term health.

  • Yes—when planned well. Plant foods like legumes, tofu, tempeh, quinoa, nuts, and seeds supply high-quality protein. Studies indicate that a well-balanced vegan diet supports muscle protein synthesis and performance if paired with sufficient protein intake and overall nutrition

  • A vegan nutritionist brings specialist knowledge in plant-based nutrition, ethical supplements, cruelty‑free strategies, and diet design that aligns with plant-based values. This ensures no guesswork and no compromise on nutrition quality or personal ethics.

  • No. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, flexitarian, or curious about a plant‑based approach, I support all levels of commitment. Plans are flexible and personalised to your values, comfort level, and health needs—without pressure or judgment.

  • Yes. A vegan nutritionist identifies potential nutrient gaps and creates a personalised plan to prevent deficiencies in key nutrients like B12, iron, calcium, zinc, iodine, and omega‑3s. This includes practical food strategies, supplement recommendations, and lab test guidance to ensure long-term health on a plant-based diet.
