Camilla is a plant-based naturopath, nutritionist and Ahiflower omega oil expert available to speak and contribute articles on the subjects of plant-based nutrition, raw vegan nutrition, PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), mental health, essential fatty acids, sustainable omega wellness and her own personal health journey.

Camilla is a BHSc-qualified naturopath with post-graduate nutrition qualifications, kundalini yoga teacher, family constellations and trauma-processing facilitator. She is also the founder of Brink Nutrition.

Camilla reversed her own hereditary arthritis and mental health struggles by switching over to a whole food plant-based diet, in combination with some of the healing therapies she offers today.

Camilla is a long-term vegan of 10 years (now predominantly raw vegan) and is passionate about supporting vegetarians and vegans to meet their nutritional requirements to thrive long-term and helping people transition over to a sustainable, healthy and compassionate way of living, as well as supporting people with PMDD and other mental health challenges.
