Couples Constellations is a specialised form of Family Constellations that focuses on intimate relationships. Rather than only looking at surface-level conflict, it explores and releases the hidden loyalties, attachment styles, and systemic entanglements that influence how you and your partner connect.

This work is about:

  • Understanding the family blueprint – recognising how your upbringing, and the energetic relationship you have with your own parents, shapes the way you give and receive love.

  • Repairing systemic imbalances – creating healthier energetic relationships with your family system without needing them to be directly involved.

  • Transforming partnership dynamics – allowing both partners to show up in a more conscious, supportive, and loving way through addressing the core wounds that are triggered within your relationship.

How Family Constellations Changed My Life

Fifteen years ago, I stumbled into a Family Constellations session at a yoga centre. I didn’t know what to expect. But within that small group, something cracked open inside me.

Even though I wasn’t ready to go deeper right then, I knew this work was different. It wasn’t just talk therapy. It felt like healing on a soul level.

Later, when I started my own healing journey in earnest—through trauma, PMDD, panic attacks, and crippling anxiety—Family Constellations became one of the tools that changed everything for me. It helped me understand where my emotional patterns and relationship choices came from, and gave me the space to do something new.

And now, it’s one of the most meaningful things I offer my clients.

What Happens in an online Family Constellation Session?

Sessions are held online one-on-one, or in Ubud, Bali and typically last 60–90 minutes. You don’t need to prepare anything in advance.

We’ll explore the issues that are present for you in your relationship, and together we’ll begin to gently uncover what’s sitting underneath it.

You might find yourself getting answers to questions you couldn’t quite name. Or simply feeling lighter, clearer, and more at ease.

Important: After your session, it’s recommended to avoid discussing or journaling about it for at least three days, allowing the subconscious shifts to fully integrate.

The Science: Mirror Neurons and Attachment

Mirror Neurons

Our brains are wired for resonance through mirror neurons—cells that fire both when we act and when we observe someone else acting. In relationships, this means our inner wounds and unresolved emotions are often mirrored back to us by our partner. When one partner heals, it greatly influences the other. This is one reason why systemic constellation work creates such deep transformation.

Attachment Styles

Attachment theory explains how our early experiences with caregivers shape the way we relate to others. Anxious, avoidant, or disorganised attachment styles can create tension in relationships. Couples Constellations allows partners to see the roots of these patterns, heal them, and move towards secure, balanced intimacy.

A Couples Constellations package usually involves four to eight sessions starting with your initial strategy session, depending on the issue and depth of the work.

Each session builds progressively, helping you gain clarity, repair systemic wounds, and establish new ways of relating. The aim is not simply to reduce conflict but to help you both step into a new pattern of love, respect, and connection.

How Do Family Constellations & Rapid Core Healing Compare to Talk Therapy?

Whilst talk therapy is undoubtedly important in crisis, creating lasting meaningful change that allows us freedom in moving forward in our lives is far more quickly attained with Family Constellations and Rapid Core Healing, which work with the unconscious mind, and the energetic field of our family system (things not touched by standard talk therapy and most psychotherapies). This is true change therapy, for those who are ready to move on with their lives. When the family has been brought into its natural order, the individual can leave it behind him while still feeling the strength of his family supporting him.

  • I’m a naturopath and trauma-informed facilitator who supports people using natural medicine, nervous-system regulation, Rapid Core Healing, Family Constellations, Kundalini Meditation, Kundalini Yoga, and Yoga Nidra. I stay firmly within my scope and I’m clear about where my work begins and ends.

    What I do

    • Education and support: I teach practical tools that calm the body, steady mood, and support sleep, energy, and focus.

    • Natural therapies: I use nutrition, herbs, and supplements (when indicated), plus gentle mind–body methods that help the nervous system feel safe.

    • Trauma-informed facilitation: I guide structured sessions (RCH, Constellations, Yoga Nidra) designed to reduce charge without re-traumatising.

    • Collaboration: With your consent, I’m happy to coordinate with your GP, psychologist, or psychiatrist so care is joined-up.

    What I don’t do

    • No diagnosis of mental-health conditions.

    • No medication management, changes, or advice to stop prescribed treatment.

    • No crisis care. If you’re in acute distress (e.g., suicidal thoughts, recent self-harm, psychosis, unmanaged bipolar disorder), I’ll help you access urgent medical or psychological support and pause our work until you’re safe.

    Boundaries and safety

    • Screening before we start to make sure this is appropriate for you.

    • Informed consent in clear language—what we’re doing, why, and possible reactions.

    • Pacing that matches your nervous system; we go only as far as you can stay present.

    • Red-flag referrals when specialist mental-health care is needed.

    • Confidentiality and respectful record-keeping.
