Ready to Feel Better, Naturally?

If your health has been up and down—and you're tired of guessing your way through supplements, diets, or half-answers—you’re in the right place. I offer naturopathic care for people who want to feel well again—physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Many of my clients are plant-based or aiming to be, and want someone who understands how to support the body naturally, without asking them to compromise their values. But you don’t need to eat a certain way or fit a particular label to be welcome here.

You just need to be ready for a thoughtful, evidence-based approach that looks at the whole picture—and treats you like a human, not a list of symptoms.

Natural support for complex health challenges

I work with clients facing a range of health concerns, including:

  • PMDD, PMS & hormonal ups & downs

  • PCOS & Endometriosis

  • Gut Health, IBS, and SIBO

  • Anxiety, low mood & mental wellbeing

  • Chronic fatigue, burnout & energy crashes

  • Thyroid issues & metabolic health

  • Natural fertility & pregnancy support

  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

  • Healthy weight support

Most of my clients are vegan, vegetarian, or “plant-curious”—but I work with anyone who wants to feel better through natural medicine and lifestyle support. Whether you’re here for hormone help, gut repair, or just want to stop feeling exhausted all the time, I’ll meet you with respect and compassion.

What Is Naturopathy?

Naturopathy is about helping your body do what it’s designed to do best: heal itself. Instead of masking symptoms, it looks deeper to understand why you’re experiencing certain health challenges, and works with natural therapies—nutrition, herbal medicine, lifestyle changes, detoxification, and emotional healing—to bring your body back into balance.

The Six Principles of Naturopathy

  • The Healing Power of Nature – the body has an innate ability to repair and restore when given the right conditions.

  • Identify and Treat the Cause – true healing means addressing the underlying imbalance, not just suppressing symptoms.

  • First, Do No Harm – using safe, gentle and non-toxic treatments.

  • Treat the Whole Person – physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health are all connected.

  • Doctor as Teacher – empowering you with the knowledge to take charge of your health.

  • Prevention is the Best Cure – creating the conditions for lifelong health rather than waiting for disease to appear.

What This Means for You

When you work with a naturopath, you receive care that goes far beyond symptom relief. You’re supported in uncovering the true causes of your health challenges, with treatments that are safer, natural, and tailored to your whole self—not just one part of you. This means less trial and error, fewer quick fixes that don’t last, and more confidence in your own body’s ability to heal. Naturopathy equips you with tools and knowledge for lifelong wellbeing, so you can feel energised, resilient, and at home in your body.

When Healing Doesn’t Seem to Stick

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right — seeing practitioners, trying new plans — yet somehow ending up back where you started? Many of the people I work with have been doctor-hopping for years, searching for answers that never quite land.

This isn’t because they lack willpower or discipline. Often, there’s a deeper emotional pattern at play — one that says, “It’s safer to stay unwell,” or “If I get better, I might lose love or belonging.”

Sometimes, illness becomes a hidden way of receiving care or staying loyal to family systems where struggle was normal. On a subconscious level, healing might even feel like a betrayal.

That’s why I always encourage clients to explore the emotional and nervous system layers of their health, alongside nutrition and natural medicine. Through modalities like Family Constellations and Rapid Core Healing, we uncover these invisible loyalties and rewrite them — so the body no longer needs to sabotage progress in order to feel safe.

When emotional safety returns, everything else begins to work: the supplements, the food changes, the rest. Healing becomes effortless because it’s no longer in conflict with belonging.

  • Naturopathy can support a wide range of concerns, including:

    • PMDD, PMS, and hormonal imbalances

    • Digestive issues (IBS, bloating, SIBO)

    • Skin concerns (acne, eczema)

    • Mood disorders (anxiety, mild depression)

  • Yes—this is one of my specialties. As a degree-qualified naturopath with a decade of experience living a plant-based lifestyle and a high level of expertise in plant-based nutrition, I help you meet all your nutrient needs, maintain hormonal balance, and prevent deficiencies without compromising your ethics.

  • Online sessions are just as effective as in-person. Before your appointment, you’ll complete a detailed health questionnaire. During our video call, we’ll review your symptoms, history, and goals, then create a personalised plan with testing, dietary guidance, lifestyle strategies, and herbal or nutrient prescriptions if needed.

  • Yes. I offer in-person sessions in Ubud & Canggu Bali by appointment and at my retreats. If you’re based elsewhere, online consultations are a convenient and equally effective option.

  • This depends on your health goals and the complexity of your symptoms. Many clients notice improvements within 4–6 weeks, but long-standing issues may require ongoing support. I offer packages for deeper, transformational work, which often combine naturopathy with emotional healing methods.

  • Yes. Naturopathy integrates well with conventional care. I can work alongside your GP or specialist, ensuring your plan is safe and complementary.

  • Yes, if necessary—but my priority is always food first. Supplements or herbal medicine are recommended when they provide clear benefits for your condition, and I ensure all recommendations are evidence-based and tailored to you.

  • You can book directly through my online booking system. If you’re unsure where to start, I recommend scheduling an introductory consultation so we can discuss your needs and the best next steps.

  • In Australia, a qualified naturopath must complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), which includes four years of university-level training in anatomy, physiology, biochemistry, pathology, pharmacology, clinical nutrition, and herbal medicine, as well as hundreds of supervised clinical hours.

I also hold a Graduate Certificate in Human Nutrition and advanced training in trauma-informed emotional healing, giving you care that is evidence-based, safe, and deeply holistic.
