One of the simplest ways to flood your body with beauty nutrients is through raw, water-rich foods like fruits, vegetables, and leafy greens. These foods are packed with vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants in their most bioavailable forms.
Green juices and smoothies are my personal go-to beauty rituals. They hydrate your cells, support detoxification, and deliver nutrients quickly. For example, a morning green juice or a berry smoothie can set the tone for your skin all day long.

Lifestyle Factors You Can’t Ignore
Even the best diet can’t outshine chronic stress, poor sleep, or dehydration. Stress raises cortisol, which can lead to breakouts and dullness. Lack of sleep slows skin repair. And water? It’s your simplest (and cheapest!) beauty tool.
