Client Support & Communication Policy
Healing works best inside a calm, well-defined container. My aim is to offer deeply supportive, personalised care while helping you feel confident and self-led between sessions. The structure below ensures you receive the right help at the right time, and lets me stay fully present for every client.
How to Reach Out Between Sessions
It’s completely natural to have questions as you work through your treatment plan. To get the fastest, most accurate answer, please follow these steps in order:
1) Check your plan and resources first
Before you message me, review:
Your treatment plan
Your natural medicine script (if provided through Vital.ly)
Any resources or emails I’ve already sent
Most answers—especially supplement timing, dosing, or dietary guidance—are usually there.
2) Ask Camilla AI
You have access to Camilla AI, my assistant trained in my tone and clinical framework. It can answer common questions about detox reactions, supplement routines, meal ideas, and practical adjustments. It won’t change treatment plans or give medical advice.
3) Visit the Client Resource Library
Our ever-growing resource library includes guides and videos on:
Managing detox/die-off symptoms
Nutrition and meal planning
Nervous system regulation
Cleansing and reintroduction of foods
Frequently asked supplement questions
It’s your self-empowerment hub—quick answers and deeper understanding in one place.
4) Email for brief questions
If you still need clarity on a short, simple question about your current treatment plan, email Camilla@CamillaClare.com. I’ll do my best to reply as soon as possible, and wherever possible within 48 hours. Messages outside office hours are answered in the next window.
5) Book a follow-up for deeper support
If your question is longer, or your plan may need changing, please book a 30-minute appointment so I can review your case thoroughly and safely, or 1 hour if you think you’ll need the extra time.
If your health picture is more complex and you’d benefit from ongoing accountability or support, I also offer low-cost 15-minute weekly calls. These are ideal for regular check-ins, emotional support, and guidance between longer appointments.
Follow-Up Consultations
Healing is a process, not an event. To track progress and refine your plan:
Short follow-ups (30 minutes) every 2–3 weeks are ideal in the early stages.
Longer reviews (60 minutes) every 6–8 weeks suit more complex cases.
Each session is a chance to adjust what isn’t working, reinforce what is, and celebrate the shifts along the way.
Boundaries for Sustainable Care
My role is to guide, educate, and hold a safe container. The real transformation happens as you integrate these tools day to day. Clear boundaries help us stay in our natural roles: you as the empowered participant in your healing, and me as your supportive guide.
