  • Only when results will change the plan. Common options: SIBO breath tests, stool analysis (microbiome, inflammation), and nutrient panels (iron studies, B12, vitamin D, thyroid etc.). If history and food changes are enough, we skip testing.

Think steady blood sugar, calcium/iodine/omega-3 support, plus herbs like sage or black cohosh when appropriate. I’m happy to work alongside your GP if you choose HRT later.

  • You’d be surprised how palatable they become when they transform your health! In all seriousness, whilst individually formulated herbal medicine can be the ultimate prescription and I can give you a couple of tricks to make them go down the hatch easier, if you really can’t bring yourself to take them, we can always work around this. There is a wide variety of practitioner-grade pre-formulated tablets or (genuinely) nice tasting powders available, many of which are very good.
