Ready to Feel Better, Eat Cleaner, and Glow From the Inside Out?

Maybe you're already a cooked food vegan but have this quiet sense… there's still another level of health waiting for you. Or maybe you're dealing with ongoing health struggles—fatigue, bloating, skin issues, mood swings—and wondering if food could be the missing link.

If that sounds like you, raw vegan nutrition might be worth exploring. Done properly, it’s a powerful way to support your body’s natural healing, boost your energy, and feel more connected to yourself and nature.

But—and this is important—it’s also easy to get wrong without the right info and support. That’s where I come in.

Why Raw?

We're the only species that cooks our food. And whilst I certainly don't see cooked food as the enemy, there’s something about eating raw that seems to give the body a chance to hit reset.

A raw vegan diet, done right, can help reduce inflammation, flush out toxins, improve digestion, and bring back that sense of lightness and clarity you might be craving.

My Journey to Raw Veganism

I actually learned about raw veganism before I even knew what being “vegan” meant. Over 18 years ago, I met a woman called Kate Magic who’d been eating raw since the '80s. She glowed with vitality in a way I had never seen—and it made a lasting impression.

My own shift to raw took time. I spent years gradually refining my diet, moving from processed foods and meat to whole food vegan eating. I was already feeling great, but going raw took it to another level—my skin, energy, mood, and even the brightness in my eyes all changed.

It wasn’t just about food—it felt like a total system upgrade.

Side-by-side comparison of a woman's face before and after makeup application, showing improved skin tone and features.

For a comparison, on the left here is me a few months before going raw and taking Ahiflower consistently each day, and on the right is me a year and a few months after going raw plus Ahiflower consistently – I have slightly less makeup in the after photo but they are both unfiltered and unedited photos. I believe you can see huge differences in the skin texture, my face shape and the brightness of my eyes. These simply reflect the huge internal benefits I also experience.

A moment of deep gratitude meeting Dr Doug Graham and Fully Raw Kristina in Ubud, Bali- two pioneers who’ve shaped the global raw vegan movement. I continue to be inspired by the ripple effect of their work. P.S. We’re all a little sweaty-looking in that picture at the end of a long humid Bali day!

My approach to raw vegan nutrition is grounded in science, clinical experience, and a deep respect for the lineage of teachers and trailblazers who’ve come before me. While my practice is entirely my own, I’m continually inspired by those who’ve lived this lifestyle with integrity and depth over the decades.

Some Reported Benefits of a Raw Vegan Lifestyle:

Some of the benefits my clients and I have experienced from eating more raw include:

  1. Clearer skin and brighter eyes

  2. Steady energy all day

  3. Easier digestion and less bloating

  4. More emotional balance

  5. Deeper sleep and faster recovery

  6. A stronger connection to intuition and self-awareness

But let's be real

Raw veganism can be challenging—especially if you’re doing it alone, with no plan, or following YouTube advice that doesn’t fit your body or lifestyle.

It’s not about being perfect or extreme. It’s about finding what works for you, in a way that’s doable and nourishing long-term.

As a qualified BHSc Naturopath with over 7 years of clinical experience, a GradCert in Human Nutrition, and an enormous amount of lived and learned experiences, plus additional training, I am deeply passionate about helping others succeed in their whole food vegan or raw vegan journey.

My own transition took 18 years, and my goal is to make your experience far smoother and more supported than my own.

When Healing Doesn’t Seem to Stick

Have you ever felt like you’re doing everything right — seeing practitioners, trying new plans — yet somehow ending up back where you started? Many of the people I work with have been doctor-hopping for years, searching for answers that never quite land.

This isn’t because they lack willpower or discipline. Often, there’s a deeper emotional pattern at play — one that says, “It’s safer to stay unwell,” or “If I get better, I might lose love or belonging.”

Sometimes, illness becomes a hidden way of receiving care or staying loyal to family systems where struggle was normal. On a subconscious level, healing might even feel like a betrayal.

That’s why I always encourage clients to explore the emotional and nervous system layers of their health, alongside nutrition and natural medicine. Through modalities like Family Constellations and Rapid Core Healing, we uncover these invisible loyalties and rewrite them — so the body no longer needs to sabotage progress in order to feel safe.

When emotional safety returns, everything else begins to work: the supplements, the food changes, the rest. Healing becomes effortless because it’s no longer in conflict with belonging.
